| - Chasing Cars So yeah... It's been awhile since I've updated this thing. I guess I just have felt there isn't much for me to say, but I will give a brief recap of the past few months...
- DC trip (Lots of fun and randomness was had) - States/Prom (Very hectic, had to run from states to get my hair done then to Klinske's house to meet up with everyone. I placed 11'th though in extemp.) - Mackinac Trip (Met a boy and started dating said boy) - Last day of high school - Lots of graduation parties - Graduation - Orientation at CMU (Met some interesting people, saw Ellie) - More graduation parties (Broke up with boy around this time) - Top of the Park madness (Saw a few friends I hadn't seen in a long time) - Art fair fun (Saw some more people, lots of art, and Non profit organizations) - Mosaic classes (Throughout the summer just got around to listing them, glass and adhesive fun) - Grandpa came up to visit - Frizz ball called "my hair" was cut (Because it needed it) - General getting ready for college stuff
It feels kind of strange knowing that I have only 18 days until I leave for Central. I haven't gotten everything together, but I'm coming close. I guess what really feels weird is the fact that I know I will have to start over in a way when I get there. I have become so used to high school life that this college world seems odd. I mean I'm excited about it and all, but there are somethings I'm uncertain about
Yes, in a way I am scared because it's new and there are things that I don't know about, but that also seems to be the thing that makes it exciting.
I don't know. I'm just planning to hang out with people until August 19'th comes around. | | |

I'm going to Central next year! Huzzah! Also MEAP testing this week,
which means all of us that aren't juniors or sophmores can sleep in.
yay! I like that. Groves was a pretty fun tournament. I really want
spring break to get here so, Virginia, Zyn, Mandy, Jimmy and I get to
go to DC for seven days. It should be rather fun.
That's about all I have to say for right now.

| - Soul Meets Body
So it's been awhile since I've updated and a lot has happened since then. I almost broke at our forensics tournament, I've met a lot of new people in the prep room this year, and the biggest news of all is that I've been accepted into two colleges.
Which two? You may ask. Why Central and Eastern of course. I'm still waiting to hear from Bowling Green. However I need to look over and compare the speech pathology programs again and such, as well as contact forensics directors. Whee! Fun stuff it is.

| - Just breathe (2 AM)
Hmm... It's been awhile since I've updated. Most likely because I've
been busy with debate and forensics. Those two things really take over
my life in January and February. At least until the last two weeks of
February.
In debate, we made it to quarter finals at states. In the round that I debated in, Josh and I picked up both ballots. Then there were the "Drry music dance parties" held in, Meg, Nora, Ria and my room. It mostly consisted of jumping on a bed singing them. We saw creepy guy #2 who went after Meg. The really weird rounds, and the ones where you wanted to cause bodily harm to at least one of the teams. Along with just the randomness of the tournament.
With forensics, I made it to semis at Ford Fest (Granted everyone did, but I placed 10'th so it was legit). Nathan took first in prose 9/10. This past weekend I placed 15'th out of 20. Which is alright, I really just need to work on the delivery of the speech. I'm slightly mad at one of the judges for not explaining why he gave me the score that he did. Blah. Met some new people that I hadn't realized were in the extemp community before. Saw the Rocky Horror multiple which was awesome along witht the Little Mermaid one. The duo's this year are pretty good as well.
I'm also happy that a four day weekend is coming up. Anyone want to do anything during it? It's one of the two weekends I'm free until full force forensics season.
